The Wesleyan University Orchestra performs music from all periods of music history, featuring classical repertoire alongside popular and contemporary works.
Rehearsals will combine intensive concert preparation with occasional readings of works not scheduled for performance. Open to all members of the Wesleyan and Middletown community.

Midterm exam -- individual quiz on excerpts from current repertoire, date TBA.
Final Concert -- Saturday, December xxx, 2017 at xxx pm in Crowell Concert Hall.
Dress rehearsal (the same day, mandatory) -- xxx pm.

In addition to Monday night rehearsals, all members of the orchestra will be required to attend weekly 1.5 hour sectional rehearsals, which will be scheduled at a time convenient for all members of a particular section.

This course may be repeated. Undergraduates may take this course up to two times for a letter grade and up to four times for credit towards graduation.
