Physics Laboratory II|
This laboratory course, taken concurrently with PHYS112 or PHYS116, covers topics in electromagnetism and optics.
This laboratory course teaches students how to obtain, process and evaluate data, and compare these data with quantitative models of how our world works.

None. Regular attendance required. Lab notebooks are reviewed by lab instructor at the end of each weekly lab meeting. No other write-ups are required.

To be taken concurrently with PHYS112 or PHYS 116. Students planning to enter the health professions should be aware that a year of physics WITH LABORATORY is usually required for admission to graduate school. Consult your major advisor if you are in doubt about similar requirements in your field.
